Please be careful of the air conditioning. If the baby bird gets a draft, he will get sick. You probably need to add more protein to his diet, you can google homemade mashes to feed wild baby birds. In terms of learning to fly, he will just figure it out on his own, birds have been doing it for thousands of years. He will begin to flap his wings and eventually take off. If you do not have him in a cage, or closed area, then keep all ceiling fans off in case he does fly when you are unprepared for it.

You should be able to go to the Tools menu on the left sidebar in your dashboard and click "Import."
Then click the "Wordpress" link to import a WordPress backup file.
