As a hard working conent creator that follows all of the rules I was shocked to find out that I am losing my YouTube Partnership with no explanation at all. Here’s the email I got from Google Adsense: While going through our records recently, we found that your AdSense account has posed a significant risk to our AdWords advertisers. Since keeping your account in our publisher network may financially damage our advertisers in the future, we’ve decided to disable your account. Please understand that we consider this a necessary step to protect the interests of both our advertisers and our other AdSense publishers. We realize the inconvenience this may cause you, and we thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. They disabled me as well today for the same reason. My younger bro started clicking and clicking my ads like if this YouTube stuff was a joke, and he thought I could just tell google that he was dicking around.

Great, I’m suing Youtube/Google in small claims court. I was able to take screenshots of their intended Estimated Earnings (EE). I’m waiting for their CSC- Lawyers Incorporating Service to respond to certified mail of my small claims suit. I’m going to follow up next week, once I get paid, at least the amount prior to disabling, I can dismiss the case. Otherwise I have a local court date set (in the area of plantiff injury, my injuries) and have an account record, because I have a screenshot
